all the staff was helpfull. the food taste good. a special thanks to ahmed abied and muhmmad sallam, they treated us like a king and queen, so sweet of them. i will never FORGET those moments. the rooms were clean and very confortable.
the drinks are not so various.

the room included a big double bed with many pillows. there was a spacious balcony. it was facing the garden and a large, clean bathroom added comfort to our relaxing mornings.

staff members were attentive and ready TO fulfill requests. the reception was always available. room service responded fast. the guest relations team organized a beautifull anniversary surprise in our room.

the hotel has a good location, close to several shops. nearby, there are markets and restaurants. the distance to the beach is a short taxi ride. i remember the nice taxi driver.
